Refund and Returns Policy

Wall Art / Decals

Returns must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your item, please check your order upon delivery, returns will not be accepted outside of this period.

All missing and damaged products must be reported within 7 days of receipt of delivery

If the product is faulty please email sales@mrwallart.co.uk with pictures of the fault and the installation surface.  We will then work to resolve the issue for you.

In all instances please contact the Customer Services team and let us know the issue. Please do not discard the product before contacting us.

Unfortunately, we cannot help without evidence of the fault, please do not throw the sticker away without emailing us with photos and please await our response.

Personalised Wall Art and Custom Work

Please double-check any text or measurements when placing your order and on your order confirmation. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error at sales@mrwallart.co.uk

We cannot be held responsible for customer errors in measurements or text or damage caused during installation.

We print to order, and orders that have already been printed/engraved, or manufactured can not be cancelled.

Postage Delays

Mrwallart cannot be held accountable for delays caused by postal strikes or adverse weather conditions.

Return Delivery Charges

When you return an item to us this will be at your own cost. We highly recommend you send any items via a tracked delivery service, in order for us to refund you in full with no issue.

Your Statutory Rights

Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of a faulty, or damaged product.
